The Factory

Located south of Haarlem, several office buildings have been transformed into apartments to create a new residential area called The Elements. In collaboration with the team of ‘Haarlemse Timmerwerken’ I designed 2 industrial shell lofts.
All concrete walls and full height windows inspired me to create human-scaled areas for dining, lounging and entertaining.

Both projects needed much more time for developing and design; all in all a huge challenge for everyone involved.
