A firm trading and storing precious metals relocate to the former docks and new hotspot
in the Amsterdam Houthavens. A big step out of their comfort zone in view of this conservative industry.

The transformation of this concrete bunker was quite a challenge. We started from scratch with a shell condition office plus dealing with privacy of clients and extreme security regulations. Stunning views overlooking the IJ river inspired us to keep the space open to enjoy daylight and spectacular changes in the weather. Shades of blue and bronze refer to the industry and environment with calmness and energetic flows as a result.
